Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, most European countries that are in the EU, and slected countries within the Asia Pacific region.
What if I don't see my country listed?
If you do not see your country listed as an option, please contact us to check if we are able to ship to your country.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer 3 Standard shipping rates and 2 Express shipping rates within Australia
Standard Parcel Post - Small $8.50, Standard $10.00, Large $15.00
Express Post - Standard $15.00, Large $20.00
International orders are shipped Express with tracking and insurance
Prices are calculated at checkout and they vary depending on country, items purchased and weight.
What is the average shipping time?
Estimated delivery times are as follows -
Standard Parcel Post within Australia - 3 - 10 business days*
Express Post within Australia - 2 - 6 business days*
International Express - 3 -12 days*
* These are estimates provided by Australia Post and depend on location and may take longer if there are delays dus to COVID, extreme weather and other factors, which are out of our control.
ORDERS
When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 business days after the purchase date
How do I track my order?
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer returns for the reason of change of mind, unless previously arranged with Kirsten Katz, so please choose carefully.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item that was damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately
